TweakUI for Windows7 and Windows Vista
Windows 7 RTM’s today – July 13, 2009. This could possibly mean that MSDN and TechNet subscribers getting their hands on the final build of Windows 7 by end of this week at the most.
Windows 7 outperforms Windows Vista any day and if you are looking at something to further tweak both OS’s then TweakUI is the tool you must have

in my case, the greatest benefits from using earlier versions of TweakUI (from microsoft Powertoys for Win98 & XP) were the ability to “Send To” any folder and specifying default folders for documents, pictures, videos etc. I don’t seem to be able to find these facilities here
