When I folled what is mentioned in that article I get the following error. Any help please

ProtocolError occured trying to complete the request. The server returned a status code of : ProxyAuthenticationRequired and the status description is : “Proxy Authentication Required ( The ISA Server requires authorization to fulfill the request. Access to the Web Proxy service is denied. )”

You need to configure the proxy server to allow ip authentication from the Web Front End(s), as MOSS2007 is incapable of passing NTLM credentials to the Proxy server. There needs to be a proxy server rule allowing http and https requests from the ip address on the web front ends and not to require username and password for these requests.

    Hi Selar,

I followed the instructions but I don’t know how to configure the proxy server to allow ip authentication from the Web Front End(s). Can You give me any tips to do it?

    Thank you
