First off, thanks to all my readers, rss subscribers in particular for your continued readership, comments and suggestion. I wanted to have a word or two with you all and these are as under

Leave a comment – Get a Link Back:

Beginning today – March 1 2007 your comments will be rewarded with a link back to your site or blog when you leave your comments on this blog. I have just activated the Dofollow plugin. Basically in WordPress rel=”no follow” is added to the links in comments. With strong comment spam systems in place, only legit comments and links will get through. This blog has zero tolerance for spam. I found this plugin thanks to Douglas. Douglas explains “no-follow” on his blog. I would not want to copy Douglas’s explanation here. Have a read of his blog. It’s cool.

So lets get the ball rolling and keep sending those suggestions, comments. It helps me heaps in creating new content.

Weekly Binge:

If you have subscribed to my rss feeds, you would have noticed some content coming through in your feeds, which does not show up on the home page here. It is archived automatically. What do you think of that idea? Do you like that?

In addition to the Speedlink, from this month onwards, I will be posting Microsoft Speedlink atleast twice in a month. Plan is to do it every second and fourth Wednesday of the month, if not every Wednesday.

Every Sunday will be ‘Vista Sunday’. Start your week with some cool Vista content.

Every Tuesday Speedlink for my SharePoint aficionados.

Every Friday you will receive Speedlink – something that you have been receiving since a fortnight.

End of every month, roundup of top commentators, top posts, a pulse on rss subscriptions and top countries or cities that have made it to this blog. Some stats – will keep changing every month.

Poll:

I am planning to have a poll every month. It starts on first Saturday of the month and goes on until last day of the month. Initially I will not be using any polling mechanism. It will be via comments, so you will also benefit in terms of what I have mentioned above. How cool is that? If need be, I may adopt a system for polls at a later stage. Your Opinion Matters!

Comments Lost

In February, my comment spam system was very very stringent. Some comments have been lost and I received emails from my readers, using the contact form, letting me know of the situation. THANK YOU ( a shout out ) to those readers. I have since tweaked the system and all should be well. Another reason to leave your comments Well, let me know how it goes.
